Dr. Phil doesn’t hold back in criticizing the government’s actions during the COVID-19 pandemic.
It was a premeditated crime against humanity.
While conversing with Jordan B. Peterson, Dr. Phil highlights how extensive financial incentives to stay home lead to wasted resources, supply chain disruptions, and the shutdown of small businesses.
“… you pay people not to work and so you get people not working… we had so many lifelong businesses wiped out by the mismanagement of COVID.”
However, the economic turmoil is just the tip of the iceberg.
The prolonged closure of schools led to a severe mental and emotional health crisis among young people, depriving them of crucial social and educational support.
“They also knew that the mandated reporters: the teachers, the counselors, the cafeteria workers and bus drivers and coaches, were at the schools.… those were the ones who had their eyes on these children and could report if they saw signs that the child was being molested or the child was being abused in the home. They shut all of that down. ”
Dr. Phil condemns those in charge for disregarding the well-being of countless individuals:
“… you knew they were in a mental health crisis, you knew this was their lifeline, and you yanked it out from under them… you damn well knew what you were doing when you did it.”
